This is not a diet or fad program. This is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE!
This 60 day program is designed to help you make the changes in your life mentally and physically. This program will force you to get into that "uncomfortable zone" which is where all change happens.
It is designed not to be hard but to be just challenging enough to stimulate change. The 60 days are not too long and not too short for you to make lasting habits that will serve you and those around you well.
We encourage you to grab a buddy or two and have fun with this. We also encourage anyone that has or thinks they have a health condition to talk with their physician or healthcare provider first.
So you ready for a change, ready for a program unlike any you have seen before? Great let's get crackin. This program is designed for those that have little to no fitness acumen and are not in top physical shape.

Ok everyone, let's get real! These rules of the game are pretty much cut and dry.
No compromising, no twisting it to make it easier on yourself, no time hacks, just follow the rules and be ethical and honest with yourself.
You have to voices in your head.
As DrH describes it...."you have 2 voices, that bitch voice and then there's the alpha voice.
The bitch voice tells you to take it easy, you deserve a break, only do 8 reps instead of 12, sleep in that extra 15 min, it's only 1 cookie, have a glass of alcohol you had a hard day....you know the one I'm talking about. It's always there prodding you to take the easy route...well how has that worked for you so far?
Then there's the Alpha voice.. a soft spoken voice that whispers, 1 more.... 1 more email, 1 more rep, 1 more min on the treadmill, 1 more phone call, help 1 more person, get up 1 more minute early, 1 more day of healthy eating. You can do this, you control your environment, no don't be comfortable get out there and make changes.
It's up to you to decide which voice you are going to listen to! I know which one I listen to 99% of the time and which one the game changers, power players, the ones that are dominating in all areas of their lives listen to... now you have a choice...don't you and your loved ones deserve the best version of you? Only 1 voice will make that version come through.. Now it's up to you...I'm counting on you to make the right choice...let's go"
1. Pick a HEALTHY eating plan that you can stick with for 60 days
2. Pick a workout program (walking, aerobics, swimming, weightlifting, CrossFit, etc) and do a 30 min workout 6 days a week
3. Take a progress pick 1x a week (you don't have to share this is for YOU only)
4. NO ALCOHOL! there are many reasons for this and its only for 60 days. You decide who rules your life, habits, vices, or YOU
5. No drugs, smoking, or tobacco (see above #4) let's be honest we all know these things are not good for us.
6. Read 5 pages minimal a day of a self help book (Ed Mylett, Goggins, Tony Robbins, Mel Schwartz, Brandon Burchard and many others)
7. Do something kind for someone (RAK, Random Act of Kindness) each day. Smile, hold the door, buy a cup of coffee, say hello to a total stranger, yup it might make you uncomfortable but change doesn't come easy.
8 Drink WATER, clear, pure, refreshing water. No powders, potions, drops, flavors just natural water! Drink roughly half your bodyweight in oz of water a day while doing this program. So a 140 pound person would consume 70 oz of water. If you need more by all means go a head. If you drink, coffee, tea, milk, juice...these do not count towards the water intake.
What happens if you miss a day, skip a workout, do 28 min instead of 30, forget your weekly pick, read 4 pages instead of 5 ......well YOU FAIL! This is NOT something that "everyone wins and gets a trophy just for participating" this is life...YOUR LIFE....chalk it up as a lesson, RESTART the clock back at day one and this time dominate the 60 day challenge. If you are on day 59 and mess up so be it. Restart and concur! You have the integrity and will power, you deserve this, its your moment to shine!
